OUR MISSION

R.V. Express was established in 1990 by Rick Bean, Sole Proprietor. Since its establishment, R.V. Express has developed into a diverse R.V. repair business. Our mission is to provide RV customers with a full range of services by offering RV parts, repair and accessory installation, insurance and warranty work, propane, dump station, mobile services and free repair estimates.

COMPANY PROFILE
Rick has over 20 years of experience and knowledge of the RV industry. In 1984, Rick went to work for his father, Gerry Bean, in Simi Valley, California. Rick's grandfather, Bob Bean, established Simi RV Sales in 1969. After Bob Bean retired, he sold the family business to his son Gerry Bean. Rick worked as the Service Manager for Simi RV Sales for 7 years. His responsibilities included supervising a staff o four employees and ensuring that all service needs were met according to customer needs. Rick has attended many trade school and manufacturer's classes to enhance his knowledge in order to provide improved services to his customers. Rick has received many service certificates from companies like Dometic, Norcold, Fleetwood, RVIA Trouble Shooters Clinic, Duo-Therm Suburban, Hydro-flame, Atwood, Manchester Tanks, and A&E.

Our definition of a Customer:
